Do I need prior experience or coding skills?
No prior experience is required. We look for ambition and a "learn by doing" mindset. We offer pathways in engineering, design, marketing, business, and more, where coding is only required if it's essential to the role.
How does progression through the tiers work?
Advancement is based on milestones and performance. Once you fulfill the 500-hour Tier 1 requirement and meet our quality benchmarks, you qualify for Tier 2, where you begin earning a stipend.
How long are the programs?
